Short CV: 

Dr. Iris Gertner Moryossef is a senior lecturer in the Department of Management at Jerusalem Multidisciplinary College, specializing in consumer behavior, strategic marketing, and digital transformation in education. She earned her PhD from the University of Haifa and Pécs University, with a dissertation on fashion involvement among first-time mothers.
Her academic and professional work integrates consumer insights, digital marketing strategies, and AI-driven analytics to enhance both academic knowledge and business practice. She teaches courses in Strategic Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, and Business Strategy, while serving on the Research and Conference Committee. Alongside her academic career, she has been a marketing and business consultant since 2004, advising private and governmental organizations on branding, customer experience, and digital transformation.
She is an active international researcher and invited speaker at leading conferences and institutions, including Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Thessaly. Her talks address AI in education, consumer purchasing behavior, service quality, and cultural dimensions of customer satisfaction.
