Registration (Payment Procedure)

Payment will be possible either by credit card or bank transfer (described below, option 1 & 2). All amounts will be payable in Euros (€). Please note that onsite registration payment will be made in cash only.

Option #1: Bank transfer
Each participant should firstly create an account by registering in the online registration system through the Log in / Sign in section. After creating your account, you will immediately receive an e-mail at your e-mail address. Please follow the instructions in order to activate the account. Authors that already have an account for the paper submission process do not need to create a new account. After that you can Log In to the online registration system and register through the registration form (Main Menu -> Registration -> Registration Form).
Apart from completing the on-line registration form, each participant following option #1, should also send the copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Conference Secretariat by email. Any form received without the payment receipt cannot be processed. Please make sure to use the payment code as a justification for your bank transfer as indicated below.
Please note that all payments must be done in Euros.
Upon receipt of registration form and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a written confirmation of your valid participation.

The total sum of payments which appear in the registration form should coincide with the amount of Euros written on the receipt of payment.
Any bank fees charged must be borne by the participant.

Option #2: Credit card
Payments by credit card are also possible through the online registration system.
Each participant should firstly create an account by registering in the online registration system through the Log in / Sign in section. Authors that already have an account for the paper submission process do not need to create a new account. After that you can Log In to the online registration system and register through the registration form (Main Menu -> Registration -> Registration Form).
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
Please note that all credit cards will be charged in Euros.
By submitting the on-line registration form, you will be directed to the on-line payment form where you will be able to complete the on-line registration process.
